Pratique advocates and encourages a well-balanced physical training for everyone.

This is represented by our logo of a person carrying weights that emphasises muscular strength and endurance, and the heart rhythm that emphasises cardio-vascular strength.

It is a fact that the body uses muscles to move and the heart must be strong enough to support its daily activities, whether in high or low intensity.

So, it is practical to say that a person needs to develop and maintain both the muscle and cardio-vascular strength in a well-balanced way.

Hence, Pratique adopts this well-balanced type of exercise regime for anyone who agrees to this philosophy and designs customised ones based on client’s medical history, physical capabilities and training goals.

And that’s not all, our clienteles will be taught the rope of exercise and all workouts will be explained clearly so that at one point of time, they will be able to continue their exercise regime themselves independently, unless our clienteles want to continue the service of the Personal Trainer.

This way, our clienteles can develop self-confident with better physique and a sense of wellness to prevent chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

Now that you know why Pratique is different from the rest, we even conduct a start-up ‘Building Muscular Strength and Endurance’ Basic Course for anyone who wants to know how to begin their own workouts.

We specialised in:

1)   Exclusive Personal Training

To professionally help individuals keep a holistic, beneficial, fit and healthy lifestyle through customised  exercise regime.

 •  Short-Term Goal (Initial Training): S$85.00 per session.
   12 sessions per package.

 •  Long-Term Goal (Regular Training): S$70.00 per session.
   10 sessions per package.
                 


2) Building Muscular Strength and Endurance Basic Course

This is a 1-day course comprising of both the Principles of Training (F.I.T.T. formula) and the basic fundamental of building Muscular Strength and Endurance. It is designed to provide participants with the essential start-up knowledge and practical skills with proper techniques and precautions. Anyone can take up this course to learn the correct technique in muscle building, not only for strength or endurance, but also for better body posture and tone.

 •  Certification – Completion of Course.
