theory lessons that we’ve learned.

1) BCLS Course
This is a 1-day course comprising of both the Adult and Infant CPR
and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction (FBAO) modules. It is a
requisite for doctors, nurses, paramedics and medical staffs who are
involved in life-saving jobs. Hence, the practical assessments are
stringent with Skills Reporter’s printout. Public can also take up
this course to challenge and better themselves in CPR. Otherwise,
the Heartsaver (CPR) Course would be another option.
*BCLS Certification: 2-year validity, accredited by National Resuscitation Council (NRC).
*Course fees per participant: S$120.00 nett.
SDF subsidies are available for Singaporean and Singapore PRs.

2) BCLS Recertification Course
This is a 4-hour course for participants to renew their existing
certification.
*BCLS Certification: 2-year validity, accredited by NRC.
*Course fees per participant: S$100.00 nett.
3) CPR+AED Course

This is a 4-hour course comprising of the Adult CPR and the use of
the Automated External Defibrillator modules. It is designed to
provide participants with the essential practical skills to perform
correct and effective CPR while integrating the use of the
defibrillator, with proper techniques and precautions, to shock a
victim’s heart back to normal heart rhythm. Hence, explains the
importance of CPR and AED working together to increase the chances
of survival for a victim who has collapsed.
*CPR+AED Certification: 2-year validity, accredited by NRC.
*Course fees per participant: S$120.00 nett.
4) CPR+AED Recertification Course
This is a 3-hour course for participants to renew their existing
certification.

5) Heartsaver (CPR) Course
This is a 4-hour course comprising of only the Adult CPR and FBAO
modules, designed to provide participants, especially Physical
Instructors and Personal Trainers, with the basic essential
practical skills to perform correct and effective CPR and also to
expel foreign body from the airway.
*Heartsaver Certification: 2-year validity, recognised by NRC and Singapore
Sports Council (SSC).
*Course fees per participant: S$60.00 nett.
6) Standard First Aid Course
This is an 18-hour course comprising of an in-depth approach to
First Aid Management while equipping participants, especially
Coaches and Trainers, with the theoretical and practical skills to
perform effective CPR. It is designed for participants to react
effectively in various emergency situations, while maintaining
confidence, composure and assurance to others.
*Certification: 3-year validity, recognised by SSC.
*Course fees per participant: S$120.00 nett.

7) Standard First Aid Recertification Course
This is a 12-hour course for participants to renew their existing
certification.

8) Child First Aid Course (for Infant Care / Childcare Personnel)
This is a comprehensive 18-hour course that covers both First Aid
and CPR components for infants and children, designed especially for
those who require certification from an accredited organisation,
such as Infant- and Child-care Personnel, as well as those with a
keen interest to learn and apply children lifesaving skills
effectively.
*Certification: 3-year validity, accredited by National First Aid Council (NFAC) / Ministry of Community Development,
Youth and Sports (MCYS).
*Course fees per participant: S$160.00 nett.
SDF subsidies are available for Singaporean and Singapore PRs.
9) Child First Aid Recertification Course (for Infant Care / Childcare Personnel)
This is a 12-hour course for participants to renew their existing
certification.
*Certification: 3-year validity, accredited by NFAC / MCYS.
*Course fees per participant: S$120.00 nett.
